1. Agreement and eligibility
By using AIssistify, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. You must be able to enter a binding agreement and must use the service only where lawful. If you use it for an organization, you confirm you can bind that organization.
2. The service
The public inspector identifies exact text artifacts and measures the concentration of configured English editorial cues. That deterministic profile is not a trained classifier and does not prove authorship. Rewrite Studio provides AI-assisted editing through selected third-party models, visible workflow limits, revision history, and usage accounting.
We do not promise that a draft will be classified as human, pass a specific detector, rank in search, satisfy an academic policy, or meet a regulatory disclosure requirement.
3. Your content and responsibility
You retain rights you have in content you submit. You grant AIssistify and its processors the limited right to process that content to operate, secure, and support the requested service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and for reviewing the accuracy, legality, attribution, disclosure, and suitability of every output before use.
4. Subscription and model credits
Rewrite Studio is $10 per monthly billing period and normally adds $10 in prepaid model credits after Stripe confirms a supported USD payment. Spendable credit equals the supported cash payment allocated to the invoice and is capped at $10, so discounts, credits, or unsupported out-of-band payments cannot create unfunded model credit. Credits roll over, do not expire while the service operates, are not transferable, and have no cash value except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Each model run is billed at confirmed provider cost plus a 50% service margin. Before dispatch, AIssistify reserves the worst-case amount for the bounded workflow. A call does not start when the full reservation cannot be covered. Actual usage is captured after confirmation and the unused reservation is released. There are no negative balances or automatic usage overages.
If a network or provider failure makes usage uncertain after dispatch, the reservation may remain held while we reconcile the provider record. Confirmed unbilled failures are released. Charges and releases are recorded as new ledger events rather than edits to history.
5. Renewals, cancellation, and refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Any remaining valid prepaid credits are preserved after cancellation, but cannot fund new web or MCP model work unless Rewrite Studio is reactivated; no new monthly credit is added while the subscription is inactive. Cancellation does not reverse already delivered model usage. Statutory cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected. 6. Availability and third-party services
Models, routes, prices, and capabilities can change. We may remove a route that cannot be priced or bounded safely. Stripe, OpenRouter, model providers, and hosting services have their own terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular model’s continued presence.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access for fraud, chargebacks, security threats, unlawful use, violation of these terms, or attempts to bypass budget controls. You are responsible for protecting and promptly revoking exposed MCP credentials; actions authenticated with a valid token are treated as account actions. You may stop using the service at any time. Ledger and payment records may survive account deletion where required.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service and outputs are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, AIssistify disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss arising from model output, detector scores, missed deadlines, or reliance without human review. Nothing here excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
